Brigitte´s Rental House

This place is amazing and very unique. It's simple but has everything we needed. A beautiful bathroom makes up the first floor, and the second story is a very spacious sleeping room with lots of storage space. The garden is beautiful, and it's just steps from the beach. The cottage is very well designed with cross ventilation. And two fans kept the place cool. We loved it and had to leave earlier than we would have liked, because it had been booked by someone else.

Although many reviewers complained about the roosters and the motorcycle noise that starts before dawn, we managed to sleep through it all. Before we came I was a bit worried about the fact that access to the bathroom is down a flight of stairs, but that didn't turn out to be a problem.

This authentic bamboo hut was exactly the kind of place I wanted to stay. It's a stone's throw from the beach and just a few minutes from the night market.

1) The toilet seat was not properly attached. 2) Perhaps it would be even better if it had air conditioning. However, the fan was sufficient at night.

It was a nice and natural Nipa Hut, up to date bath room, good WiFi, comfortable bed, friendly staff who was also responsive.

The location was on a very busy street which was particularly busy starting at 4:30 or 5AM in the MORNING. I finally could not take being awakened so early each morning and. Checked out 6 days early from my original 27 day stay. Actually, I began sleeping at a friend’s a week before my 6-day early checkout, but needed to continue using it as an office place to work with the WiFi. I have not received ANY refund for my early checkout, even though this was not supposed to be a nonrefundable stay.

be careful ! The place is right next to the beach where all the young Filipinos come to party.It's a modern but native house, hut style... So you're not isolated at all. It's right next to the road, 2 meters away! Where motorcycles pass day and night! It's extremely noisy all the time with their extremely noisy motobyke... They put the hut on the road side and not the garden side! The balcony looks directly in to the road! It's very dark and the bathroom is right outside, you have to go down a steep staircase to get there! And there's absolutely no hot water! No water heater! At that price, it's indecent! The staff is absolutely not helpful... And they also rent karaoke to the Filipinos right next door... Unbelievable! I don't understand the great reviews on booking.com at all!! How come there aren't any bad reviews given the almost constant noise from this "bungalow"

Simple accommodation but very cozy and conveniently located near the dive centers, good money value. The owners are very kind and friendly 😊 the only downside is the mosquitos, bring your own portable mosquito net, and the bed is a bit hard
