I strongly disagree with the reply of hotel. I had a confirmation number from booking.com.and there is no pre payment needed until check in. If I have a confirmation number for a day, why should I again confirm through the portal or phone number where the phone numbers of the hotel are not reachable. Portal messages people will not notice after getting a specific confirmation number. Mostly it's like a welcome default message. If you need any advance amount, you should clearly say to booking.com, unless I receive advance payment, I will not give confirmation number. Where is your clarity? I didn't receive any WhatsApp message stating that I have to pay advance for confirmation from you and booking.com clearly saying no pre payment needed for your hotel. I didn't receive any phone calls from your hotel that I have to again and again confirm even after I have confirmation number. What is your process of coordination? Explain me why are you having so much of flaws in this process? Why can't you accept your mistake? The tone and reply of the front reception when I entered the hotel was also not good.

Lit king size hyper confortable. Beaucoup de rangement. Tv avec chaînes internationale. Clim silencieuse. A 2 pas de l'ancienne station de bus, 5 minutes de la nouvelle en tuk tuk.

Le coup de téléphone a 7h du mat pour que je commande mon petit dej qui n'est servi qu'à 9h! Mes voisins bruyants des 5h30. Un petit effort de ménage dans la salle de bain couverte de trace de calcaire et de savon. Chambre aveugle.
