Staff were very nice, room was spacious especially the bathroom.

The breakfast buffet variety could have been better.

The reception staff were slow to respond, check in and check out was chaotic and behavior lacked some professionalism. On the contrary, bar staff were very friendly and helpful

The place, like you live on clouds. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with a big smile on their faces.

The balcony door lock was broken, and the room was located on the ground. I didn't feel safe to sleep, plus, the bed creaked with every movement I made. I couldn't go in a deep sleep.
