We were not told that the property doesn't accept payment by card and only take cash. That created a challenge. Were turned to our room in the evening to find out that housekeeping did not clean or tidy up all day. I believe they are understaffed, which was obvious in the service speed, especially at breakfast. One last thing, if you're going to Zaarour mainly to ski, you need to check before hand, because no one informed usthat skiing slopes were closed.

"Should be my primary residence!"

The standard room is a big room and should therefore be called large standard room! The lebanese staff are great! The ambiance is also exeptional and makes you don't want to leave!
