Al lado de Petra, 10 minutos en coche, es un pueblito tranquilo. Los anfitriones fueron muy simpáticos y sin duda nos hicieron la mejor cena de todo nuestro viaje, abundante y muy muy rica. Lo recomendaría, excelente relación calidad precio

Excellent location if you have a car. It was a lovely, clean, and spacious room in a beautiful building in a small village. Mona, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. She cooked us a very nice breakfast, and taught us about Bedouin life and history. We will come back. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Food is little expensive

The property was in an amazing location. It was extremely cheap and very clean.

We had no communication with the people we were staying with. When we arrived only the children were home and could not speak English. When the owner of the property did arrive they showed us our room and we did not see them following this. When we left we asked how to pay and were told a short ‘booking.com’. We assumed we could pay through the app and so left. Once we had left and were hours away we received messages and threats that we had left without paying and would be facing police action. We managed to get the owner of our new hotel to send the money across and pay him but the owners of this property were still extremely hostile and rude. It does not state clearly on the app but if you stay at this property ensure to pay in cash.

The property owner was great. Very kind, communicative, and helpful. His wife even helped us with laundry. We had a wonderful stay here!

Faisal and his wife Mona they were very friendly and welcomed us with beautiful smiles. it is highly recommended to book with Faisal and have a rich traditional experience with his family. the location was very good and quite. Mona made so delicious food for dinner and breakfast. the family is so generous and they have a lot of experience in Petra because they were living in ancient cave in Petra ancient city. Faisal has a lot of valuable information about historical places in the Area and he explained for us in details how to explore it and his information and advice helped us a lot. I highly recommend to book with Faisal and his Faisal to get a lot of valuable information.

Faisal and his family were so incredibly kind to us. This was one of the most heartwarming accommodations I have ever stayed in. The room itself had 3 very big beds, which were perfect after a long day of strolling through Petra. The dinner we got was amazing, and we were also told about the Bedouin culture and customs. We visited the accommodation after being drained by (rare) floods in Petra, and immediately after arrival, without any second thought, we were offered spare clothes while our dirty clothes got washed. This is all without even mentioning that the price is extremely cheap and just the experience of getting to share an evening with Faisal and his family is more than worth it. This is definitely an accomodation I would recommend to everyone.

The accommodation is 7 minutes by car from the Petra visitor centre. If you don't have your own car, expect to pay around 5 JD for a taxi ride to Petra. Besides that, there is really nothing bad about this accommodation!

Very comfortable and clean room in a traditional style located in the Bedouin village less than 3 kilometers from Petra’s main entrance and 150 meters from the back entrance. The hosts, a lovely local family, were extremely nice and welcoming. They were happy to chat, gave us useful information and cooked delicious dinners for us when we came back from visiting the sites. It was a great pleasure to stay with them and we really enjoyed their company and warm hospitality.
