Le personnel est sans aucun doute le point fort de cet hôtel. Toute l'équipe a été extrêmement gentille, attentionnée et toujours souriante. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis tout au long de notre séjour, et leur bienveillance a vraiment fait la différence. L'hôtel possède également un très joli potentiel. L'emplacement est agréable et l'ensemble pourrait devenir un endroit exceptionnel.

Cependant, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Les horaires de la piscine sont très limités (10h à 17h), ce qui est dommage lorsqu'on souhaite profiter davantage de ses vacances. L'endroit est joli, mais le manque d'entretien se remarque à plusieurs endroits. La plage n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que nous espérions et certains détails donnent l'impression que les finitions ne sont pas terminées. Même les moindres recoins de l'hôtel mériteraient un peu plus d'attention. C'est vraiment dommage, car avec davantage d'entretien et quelques améliorations, cet hôtel pourrait être une très belle adresse. Le potentiel est là, mais il manque ce petit quelque chose pour rendre l'expérience vraiment mémorable.
