Great location outside the city walls, about a 10min walk from the train station and easy walk into the City. Property is near to a vibrant little high street with cafes, restaurants and bars. Be aware though that the property is a terrace house and as such has very steep stairs.

Nice veranda and good beds. The house is nice and cosy, good neighbourhood close to greens and river, with a pleasant walk to town.

The veranda becomes unusable as soon as it is hot outside. The garden is mineral, quite pointless and a bit dirty. The curtains are too thin for summer nights.

Location was excellent and the place was clean

We arrived on Saturday, and they didn't collect 4 big bin bags from the previous guests till Monday afternoon. They were left in the garden. We have a 2 years old and this was not safe for her. The place could also do with a hairdryer

Small and cosy- clean beds, Cutlery and crockery clean

Needed a good clean, cobwebs and dusty. Kettle was old and dirt There was no hairdryer as promised on the website!!!!

Lock box was well maintained and easy to spot. Modern kitchen and conservatory.

We didn't receive the information on how to access to property or get the keys until 2 and half hours before check in. I had to call the hosts directly because I had not received an email from them. The staircase at the property is extremely steep, this was not clear from the description of the property or from pictures provided. One of our group has mobility issues and really struggled with this. The overall cleanliness of property was not great in places, partilcularly in the bathroom. Significant black mould around the bath seal, also poor and unsughtly repairs done to the bathroom wall. As well as hair on the carpet in the double room at the front of the property.
