Super bungalows, spacious and great facilities. Shout out to the staff, super helpful and attentive.

Wifi only at the pool good. Unfortunately the rooms behind are to far away.

Very friendly staff! They were super helpful in everything they could do! We had to go to the hospital and they drove us there and waited for us the whole time!

My room was a lovely spacious bungalow, nicely furnished, including a patio in front with its own little garden. The location is peaceful and cool. There is a/c, but I never needed it. Staff were super-friendly and helpful.

Sheets could be improved! Included breakfast was fine, but on-property restaurant appeared to be neglected. Not a problem though, with a good place to eat right across the street.

Lots of noise from the neighbourhood. You hear everything. Breakfast was buffet but we had to scrape out the last bits.

Bad breakfast.. the pool was empty! Noice until 3:00am in the morning. Missing some AC. But the fan was enough for 1 night.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large, new, clean and comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous with views of Mt Rinjani. Breakfast options are generous, and there is also a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Staff are super nice and helpful (a special shout-out to Tom for helping me with final payment, and Uncle for the spontaneous guitar concert over dinner one night, and fascinating chats.)

Be aware that the hotel currently does not have a credit card machine. This is a bit of a problem since there are no ATM machines in Tetebatu either. So please bring plenty of cash to pay your final expenses.
