Staff is very friendly and approachable, amazing customer service.

Very squeaky bed, no hand towel, mini fridge kept turning off (should have a separate circuit from the room key)

Quality of food was exceptionally good. Behaviour of Mr Nur and others were very nice.Their services are worth remembering life time.

Behaviour of the reception staffs were very very rude and rough On.the day of checking out the started reminding about time since.6am. Kept sending security people from 10am while.I didn't ask for that Amit bhuiya and Akash mondol were those two staffs. I am very senior doctor of kolkata anf my wife is journalist keep travelling throughout the world. Never faced such insulting and embarrassing situation anywhere.ultimately we left at 11am and.kept waiting outside for my driver to come from kolkata.Not even felt to use the lounge. If I hear that these two staffs have been removed I would recommend my freinds eg other doctors to go to sonar Bangla Dr SABUJ SENGUPTA Kolkata
