The riverfront & play area was very very good. The indoor play options are also very nice. One will enjoy the view from balcony of premium rooms. Cannot say about others but looks like most rooms give lovely view.

The food quality, the food options, staff behavior & needs much much grooming including and especially front desk. Hygiene in terms of cleanliness of glass bottles provided for drinking or boiling tea. Quality of fish especially being around such water bodies & fisheries, is not up to the mark. We were given parse fish. For afternoon buffet, it will be wise to seek in room dining instead of availing buffet. It is an excellent choice if one is on strict diet and/or not picky about quality food. Same can be said about breakfast. The person in charge of toasting bread was actually holding the breads and toasted bread with hand until we suggested he use the tongs kept right under his nose.

As per standard quality hotel as room rent is high.

Cleanliness.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The grounds well maintained. The rooftop lounge excellent, the food good and the staff well mannered and helpful.

The bathroom was not up to the mark. The shower did not work in room 405.

the mattress and pillows were most uncomfortable. the food quality and taste was awful.
