This was our second stay ay this hotel in this summer season. We had wonderful time with my family. The location was peaceful, quiet and all green with lots of botanic plants. The rooös were lovely and offered us too much privacy and comfort. The staff was extremelu kind and helpful. They always seemed quite motivated and polite amd smiling. Thr beach was clean and the sand was perfect. Also special thanks for Mr. Serhat Demir the hotel manager for directing and co-ordinating tjhis lovely and kindly staff also thanks for Mr. Ömür Öztürk the front office manager ehose dedication and care ensured my family had the best possinle ecperience. Also his team mated from the front office reception desk were outdtanding hospitality leaders.and made us feel truly welcomed. What really sets Tui Blue Sarıgerme resort is the quality of the food. The buffet offering were exceptional - fresh diverse and consistently delicious. We also had the pleasure of dining at Levantrn a la carte restaurant and every dish was thouhthfully prepared and full of flavour and the staff working there was inctedibly professional, kind and helpful. Also special thanks for thr mini kids club supervisor Hicran and her team mates with their plenty of activities which kept our child entertained all throughout the day time. Overall it was a pleasant and highly memorable exprrience fpr us and we would love to stay one more time. Thanks for everything.

We had an amazing stay at TUI Blue Sarigerme! The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel is spotless, and the range of activities is endless – there’s truly something for everyone. The beach is beautiful, clean, and just steps away. And the food… such a big variety, fresh and delicious every day. Can’t wait to come back!

The towel station could be positioned also close to the beach not only one near the pool. The prices of the cosmetics in the hotel stores were unethical (25 Eyr for a sunscream and 15 Eur for swimming diapers for baby).

Staff are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.

No ticket system for luggage left at reception.

All food is delicious.

Could extend the quiet area within the dining hall or ensure that the notice is adhered to as a few times there were families with noisy under 12s.
