GRΠολύ ωραίο στούντιο που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα 3 ενήλικες. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Έχει άνετο μπαλκόνι με θέα στο Παλαμήδι.
Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον πρώτο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ. Το αναφέρω για να το γνωρίζουν τα άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες.
