Didn’t get the apartment we wanted( apparently the one we wanted got damaged + we didn’t get a notice beforehand just after we asked) Dirty rug Short bedsheet Found leftover trash in the bed Kitchen was very lacklustre Shower was leaking Asked for towels and didn’t deliver on it( didn’t apologise) Flatiron has exposed cable
