Newly renovated. Nice place, nice location. Close to train and bus station.

This large newly renovated apartment is in a great position virtually in the city centre but on a quiet side street. It is reasonably priced, very clean with new linen & towels. Good checkin (after 2pm) & checkout times (by 11am). Only 9 minutes walk from bus stop on arrival from Trapani & bus stop for Palermo was closer. A bottle of water, washing machine, detergent & toiletries were provided. Wifi & air conditioner (apart from water leak) worked well.

Only a coffee machine with 2 pods - no kettle or Italian coffee maker. Limited kitchen utensils. Be careful not to put anything in corner under air conditioner as it leaked & wet our remaining clean clothes. Despite translating buttons we couldn’t start washing machine - owner’s answer wasn’t helpful. Lack of ventilation & light as only a high window in bedroom opening a small amount & front door choice of louvres or glass. No map or information though owner said can send him questions on What’s App.

-Perfect location, just 10 min from railway station; 1 min from shopping street. Also city center is nearby. -Friendly and helpful host. If there were problems, they were fixed very fast! Thank you ! -Kitchen had everything you need, also cleaning staff.(but if you want to use dishwasher, take washing tabs with you :) ) -firstly we were afraid that there is only small window in the sleeping room and that's it, but it doesn't bother us, as the door were opening to the patio and fresh air was coming.
