USIt was perfect for what we needed. Close to all the fun stuff. Just walked to where we wanted to go. Interior was so nice and new. Great personal touches also.

To find a parking space in front of the property wasn't easy
USThe cottage was really thought out well and although, pretty tiny … the owner was very attentive to the contents within the cottage . I was very impressed . I loved reading about the history of Key West from the laminated binder in the cottage … kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the filtered water, morning coffee, paper towels & beach towels. The cottage was very clean .👍
The only issue we had during our entire stay was … PARKING ! I realize this was not the owner’s fault, however, that was pretty rough ! Kiosk parking was EXTREMELY expensive ($6 an hour … however, from Midnight to 8:00am parking is free 😮💨) … & finding a parking spot near the cottage was difficult. We had to park a considerable distance away, which was an inconvenience with our luggage & supplies. Other than the parking … it was great stay ! .

We would have appreciated instructions for the remotes for air conditioning and lights, they were not intuitive.

I’m still awaiting a response to a problem we had on our second day! The keypad to enter wasn’t working and at 9pm trying to gain entry was not funny as all we wanted was to retire to bed! I telephoned the number several times! No answer or answerphone! I tried the office number! Email! No answer, I eventually gained access by entering through an unsecured window! It’s now a week later and still no one has contacted me to ask what our problem was or if they could assist in anyway! I’m upset as it was a lovely property but it’s obvious that they couldn’t care about customer care! Shame as I would have booked again upon my return later this year but will prefer to stay where if I have a problem will be assisted. Such a shame.
