"Clean flat, lovely location could be better equipped."

The flat was located close to the coast and to bars.

A booklet or folder with notes would have helped to operate the hot water and air conditioning. Instructions on ventilating the flat, and good places to eat and drink, when the church bells ring, one-way road system to get around, and nearby sites etc. More kitchen items - sponge for washing up, tea towels, small bowls, extra frying pan, cheese grater, more than 3 mugs etc. It was too cold to sit on the terrace and the windows in the flat were high up so always needed the lights on during the day. The church bells started at 6.30am and the people in the flat above were noisy at night, so didn't sleep well but I don't think you can do anything about that.
