Everything nothing was good. The staff was very rude and the bed was so small and room had no facilities not even a shower was there. In booking.com the price was less and hotel took around 1500 extra stating gst ect. Not even water bottle was provided. We booked for three people mini suite but bed was so small only two can sleep. No parking. Very bad experience and when you go out they will switch off your electricity and if you have kept your ph for charging for travel back. It won't charge and they keep knocking to leave without giving you hot water. Very very bad experience. Please don't book this hotel
