Lokasi di tengah bandar, banyak kemudahan bank2 dan restoran2 fast food malahan hadapan nya terdapat pasaraya Mydin. Hotel nya bersih dan mesra pengguna muslim.

Kekurangan penyangkut untuk gantung pakaian. Sy beli dan pasang sendiri utk kemudahan sendiri dan pengunjubg lain kelak.

aya ada minta staff untuk check kan lampu bilik saya yang berkelip dan nak mati, sy minta untuk dia check sewaktu sy tiada di bilik dan sy izinkan tetapi staff tidak check pun kerana tiada update atau tiada maklumbalas, lampu masih berkelip... sewaktu sy di bilik pada hari check out ( sy ambil late check out), saya keletihan dan sedang tidur serta terkejut kerana staff buka pintu dan masuk untuk room service/cleaning tanpa check terlebih dahulu sama ada guest masih di bilik atau sudah check out. Saya telah buat aduan di kaunter kerana berasa terkejut dengan keadaan tersebut.

"Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht voor meerdere zou de kamer echt te klein zijn geweest"

Centrale ligging, kleine kamer met leuk bed op verhoging.

Ik vond de hygiëne niet zo best want ik vond op en rond het bed zwarte haren. Ook hier geldt weer achterstallig onderhoud! Deuren die niet goed sluiten, lampen die niet werken. Het zit m in details.
