"Beautiful house and great location, perfect for families"

Beautiful location, nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Tastefully decorated and incredibly efficient facilities like heating, hot water and induction stove/cooker. Generously sized rooms and bathrooms. The Alexa, boardgames and games room were a really nice touch, although the ps3 games were quite outdated and very aimed towards boys so we just used it to watch a film in. Very cosy

The positives absolutely outweigh the negatives although rubbish/ recycling wasn’t clear and we were provided with black bags so assumed everything went in those. We questioned it but didn’t think too much of it as we aren’t familiar with disposal process in Wales. We realised only on the last day that there were allocated bins for plastics, paper, glass etc at the back so felt quite bad. Some more cleaning products would have been appreciated ie; washing up liquid, sponges/ dish cloth, kitchen towel & floor cleaner. Considering there is only really 1 mug/ glass per person at a time it’s not realistic to put the dishwasher on for only those if you need a drink. We had to do lots of trips to the shops to find things once we realised it wasn’t provided. Little things like that I think would help encourage visitors to keep the house cleaner. The TV in the super king room wasn’t working until we switched it off at the wall, then on again. Other than that, all great things 👍🏼

"Unusually spacious house in lovely town on the edge of Snowdonia"

Beautifully renovated Victorian townhouse with all mod cons. Great kitchen, and spacious living area perfect for a family holiday. Central, quiet location just a few minutes from the park and river. Stunning cycle ride along the river and estuary to Barmouth.
