Pet Friendly - Lodge at Riverview Holiday Park

Everything that I needed was there. Very comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful scenery

Lovely lodge, really nicely decorated and lovely beds. Hosts went the extra mile with providing some wine and milk. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. Short drive to Kielder forest.

Perfect for our overnight stay with our two dogs. Wish we could have stayed longer. We went to keilder observatory for a late night event, booking.com showed the mileage closer of around 9 miles, and it was found 18 miles .

30 years married, so tried lodge wiv 12 year dog, was so quiet, she slept like log, aftr following rabbits thru woodland/ wildflower trails

For me only thing i could poss critisize was not mush view, 3/ 6 trees so tall & bushy couldnt see much, if it was mine, i would cut out a "peep hole" 2x p/ year,so views can be enjoyed ..but all birds not disturbed

Warm & cosy cabin with welcoming touches like choccies & milk. Log burner was already laid so just needed lighting. Lovely showers & it was nice to be able to put the heating on as we arrived soaking wet & chilled.

There was a drainy smell in the double bedroom. Quite a way out of the village, especially on a soaking wet night.

The facilities were clean and conformable, really impressed with all the small details for cleaning and cooking, outside seating etc. Lovely stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. It is a great location for kielder observatory. The only regret we had is we did not stay for longer.
