Ideal for what I wanted to use the place for. Loved it, so much so that I've booked for this year as well!

Very clean and comfortable

I liked the property

Caravan was lovely and modern , everything we needed . If the caravan wasn’t so nice I would have gone home the same evening. Awful campsite , overpriced food, nothing except the onsite restaurant to get hot food

The location , rude staff , dirty tables in restaurant,

It was big, and had everything you needed.

Beds could be more comfortable.

Lovely homely touches made it more special. Caravan was perfectly clean and the wifi was an added bonus. Kids loved the bedding too.

I like that the owner had thought of nearly everything possible that holiday makers may have needed from towels, toiletries, cleaning, colouring pencils and books for kids, reading for adults, crockery for toddlers, travel cot, condiments and tea/coffee / sugar, ahh and little teddies placed on all beds, could not fault this place, It was cold when we arrived but owner had heating on for us , well done , this camp was ideal for Visiting family on Gorleston-on-Sea,

what I didn't like was I booked this late in the Year and Weather was a bit on the wet and breezy side,
