Modern Two Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

almost everything about it was cozy!

the shower was abit broken that’s the only sort of complaint???

We loved the location. The apartment is modern and functional. Met our needs perfectly.

location was perfect, my wife was having an operation, and we needed her to be able to stay locally for a week.

Airflow / heat could be an issue in summer, got quite warm (had to open windows one night, and outside street / city noises are loud) and this was in early Aug

The location and that the apartment was soundproof from other people Good comfy beds and great communication from owner Shower pressure was great

I was disappointed there was no normal teabags, and that the shop below didnt sell them either. when you showered the bathroom stunk really bad and the basin didnt drain away i left the plug out so it could be cleaned it was pretty dirty

Fantastic location for both -walkable to the CBD and local shops in Newtown, 10 minutes and you're in the mount victoria parkland. Well decorated home from home with most kitchen items you'd need. The car parking space was private and very handy to have. Jack was also incredibly friendly and offered plenty of local knowledge. A lot of buildings in Wellington are cold and drafty but the apartment sits in a new build eco complex and so is very cosy and quiet too. A very pleasant stay in Wellington.

Our family loved staying at this apartment. The communication was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, and the free car parking was a big bonus. This will be our go-to every time we stay in Wellington.
