Very clean and the beach/ocean decor was so fun. Looked like the room may have been recently updated - very modern. It was cozy and comfortable, felt like home. Bed was great. It is a very quiet area.

The stairs were a bit much, but the top floor is the best view. Bathroom a bit tiny. Parking by my building was a problem if a person didn't get there before evening. Beach is a bit of a walk to get to, but can see it from the distance.
