Easy to find, ample parking at nearby carpark, welcoming decor, clean room & bathroom, well organised 'help urself' brekkie, close to the seafront, shops & Turner gallery, genial hostess...a fab, one night stay - just right!

"A spot-on clean room"

A TV would do,just to add a bit of background sound during the morning Cleanliness is spot on. The breakfast is simple but thoughtful. Our bed has not have much back support but the whole experience is good..,

Maybe a separate foot mat for every occupant as it is a shared bathroom.
