Very well located, clean and comfortable. My room had everything I needed and an extremely comfortable bed. Tricia was a wonderful host and gave great suggestions for things to do in the area

It was a bit noisy at times from the other guests

"Good value and comfortable simple accommodation in central Margate"

Location is a short walk uphill from the old town centre of Margate and the main bay, with opportunities to park for free in the street nearby. Patricia was home to greet us and friendly. The room was comfortable, with a decent shower. Toast, cereal and fruit were offered for breakfast.

Host very nice, even went out of her way to let me know I accidentally forgot a sock in the room. Easy location. Host also kind about accommodating an early breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. Tricia greeted us when we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and everything looked new. Tricia had provided everything that we needed. The room was warm with a spare radiator if we needed it (it was -2 outside and we didn't need it). I would 100% stay here again.
