Quiet location , friendly staff ,

totaly overprized , no automatically room cleaning , towels and toilette papier only on demand , no window or balcony , the restaurant looked out of order , i will give max 20 € for this room

Friendly staff, but it was vastly overpriced. Our room was not clean when we checked in. We requested it be cleaned and when we went to bed much later we found previous occupants train tickets between the sheets. Obviously linens had not been changed.

The manager Ram Babu Ji was an exceptional person. I have been travelling for over the decade and rarely you come across a more helpful person. He personally accompanied us to Assi Ghat, a local tailor shop for some personal stuff on his bike, arranged taxi almost instantly, and finally accompanied is to Sari factory, where one could buy sumptuous collection of Saris. You feel like you have a guardian host in the city. Thank you Ram Ji. The other staff people were also courteous.

Room was relatively small as according to my expectation, but that’s ok, since we came into the peak tourist reason and it was difficult to find a room.

Stay was good. Hotel staff was very supportive

Staff behavior is very friendly and cooperative.
