"This Villa is very classy and I highly recommend it especially if you have a car or rental."

The Villa was absolutely beautiful and we had so much room! It had top of the line appliances and it was so clean! The bathroom had a shower and a tub that I would want in my house!

The location was not near the down town area so we couldn't walk anywhere and get food.

The room was very modern, has a chic aesthetic, clean and comfortable, and fitted with many great appliances. I really liked that there were two files provided, one containing all the manuals of all the appliances in the house for operation guides, and another for sightseeing and local food spot recommendations!

Perhaps just the location. Quiet area that is a local train away from Kofu station which is the hub of Yamanashi. This train does not accept IC cards so you have to buy a ticket from the ticket machine each time. It also doesn't come very often so if you miss one its about a 25-50 min wait for the next.

"Fantastic design, great kichen and comfortable bed."

Clean, new, tidy, great design, amazing renovation. Great bathing amenities. Toilet seat and bath tub are new and absolutely comfortable. Washing machine is convenient. Parking lot is right in front of the house.

It is a quiet town but you may notice there maybe one to two times a night when there are some fast trucks passed by right beside your house. But overall it was a great stay.

Management is very nice and kind . I would Def. recommend this accommodation . Thank you , manager .

We need a bigger mirror. Also it was too bright in the morning And air was too dry. If there is a humidifier, it would be better .
