La gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario. L'ottima posizione, a due passi dal mare e pochi passi dal centro. La disponibilità di parcheggi.

Gli accessori. Intendiamoci, per l'ottimo prezzo va bene anche così ma credo che con un costo molto basso si possano aggiungere alcuni attaccapanni in corridoio e in bagno.
