"Nice apartment with terrible owners"

It is a refurbished apartment, nicely designed, very clean, with excellent mattress(es) - I've tested only one; large balcony. Free Parking space available in the shopping center area, very near ~20 meters.

Owners are terribly unorganised and difficult to reach. Internet and broadcasting services were not paid and they refused to pay it during my stay; I had to inform Booking directly because the owners were ignoring my messages/calls, but not even Booking was able to reach them. The access door to balcony is not working properly; the main door of the apartment is scratching the floor; the key for the building's access door is hard to use. On check out, few minutes before 11 a.m., while I was still inside, the owners tried to enter without even asking me if I have left.
