Die Aussicht ist toll.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet . Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr einfach über WhatsApp. Schlüssel konnte wegen später Anreise über die Schlüsselbox entnommen werden. Waren nur 1 Nacht dort und zufrieden.

Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse. Einfahrt zu den Parkplätzen nur von der Straßenseite aus möglich, an der die Wohnung liegt. Bei offenem Fenster ist der Verkehr sehr laut.

Really nice house, we actually enjoyed a lot. Great surprise the little town next to it Feriolo, lovely walk 15 min to amazing restaurants. Yes, you have the main road in front but we were out all day and in the evening was less traffic. We read the comments before so we knew what to expect. We will go back next year :)

Die Hauptstraße geht direkt vor der Tür vorbei und dadurch kann man nicht draußen sitzen und sich unterhalten. Einfach zu laut. Das wurde auch nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Klarer Abzug.

Lovely furnished apartment with a direct view of the lake. The kitchen is really very well equipped. There is also towels. It is pleasant to sit on the terrace in the evenings. The only thing that bothers is the noise from the main road, which is right next to the apartment. It's good that there is a bigger grocery nearby.

Proximity to main road, so it can be noisy. There is no sidewalk, so you can't go anywhere without a car.

Very comfy apartment just next to the lake with beautiful view from the balcony. Fully equiped kitchen. The hostess is very friendly and cooperative. Parking spot in the yard. Location is nearby Baveno and 6 minutes driving to Streza - cozy small tipical Italian towns with many restraunts and pizzerias. The road next to the house is quite busy during the day, but this is how it is here in Italian cities next to the lakes. The windows are of a good quality in the road did not bother us much. We enjoied evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony with a perfect view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

We had a wonderful stay. The accomadation was in a perfect location with close vicinity to everything. The host was delightful and always willing to assist. She was always available for queries and prompt to answer. It's a perfect stay at a great price

We would have liked dish towels to be available in the kitchen. But that's nothing major. The host thought of everything else. And there's lots of extras you will find when you visit. Walking around from the property isn't really easy as there is a main road outside. But we didn't mind and used our car.

Felt like our home with nice neighbours and a beautifull view on Lago Maggiore!

With Young kids who like to play outside and with the national road in front of the accommodation thats Not a good combi. Luckely we Could play bordgames inside the house!
