"House great, but a few issues."

The location was great, and the facilities for a family with kids and adults were really good.

We had issues when increasing the number of people in our booking with the property owners trying to charge additional VAT and cleaning fees which we had already paid for. B.com did sort this out, but it was stressful trying to sort this out whilst travelling on the day of check in when I received a message from the property saying there was more $ owed than we were expecting. We booked for 8 people but the trundler bed had no sheets or pillows, and there were not enough towels (7 only so seems like the trundler bed was forgotten). When I called about this on check in at 6:30pm, the lady with the after hours phone said she didn't know anything about this property, so potentially those with the after hours phone from the property management company need additional training to assist guests. Someone did come the next morning with sheets and towels which was appreciated. I was also told there is additional bedding in the draw under the master bed, however there were no sheets, just a scrumpled up duvet cover which didn't look clean. This brings me onto my other issue, although the house was great it wasn't the cleanest, marks on the duvet covers so I assume only the sheets get changed, you also need to clear all rubbish and clean the fridge on check out so I'm unsure why a $160 cleaning fee is charged in addition to room rates. All in all a good stay, but hope the owners/property management company can take on the above to ensure future guests have a smoother stay.

"Great place to relax for 3 days with a lovely quiet beach only 100 metres away."

Close to beach, nice rooms, excellent bathrooms.

Nothing but maybe could make the house number a bit more visible.
