Emmanuel's Summer House

Everything was perfect. The host paid great attention to details. We were welcomed at the accommodation with personalized local products from the host, such as drink, cream, biscuits and snacks to be served together with a coffee. both the corner for coffee and tea, as well as the rest of the kitchen and the bathroom, were equipped with everything you could need. The host responded very quickly to our messages and helped us with everything we needed. We had the whole floor of the house and in a few days the owners lived on the ground floor and we received freshly baked dessert from them. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and is not crowded at all, only a few people

Very clean! A lot of towels and linen. Everything is new and nice. Big bathroom. Little cake as a gift from owners for welcome! :) Location is in the very quiet area, which is great because you can relax.

Bathtub is leaking which causes bathroom to be wet all the time. And smaller room does not have air-conditioner so it is very hot to sleep there. You have ventilator but it doesn’t help. So these two are the only thing to change in order to be perfect place to stay. Only down side of the location is beach - it is not very nice at Sozopoli in general, so we went to Nea Plagia to swim.

Nice place, clean, frendly hosts.

The host was ready to help with everything we needed. All was handled immediately. The house was freshly renovated - we occupied the first floor- above the ground floor. It looked the same way as in the pictures. The house location is at the top of the village and has a very nice sea view and mount Olympus from the large balconies. There was a serene vibe all around and birds were singing peacefully in the morning. The kids liked the place a lot too.
