"Very good and comfortable"

Great location, had everything we needed, easy to find, good communication from Neil. Not to much noise from the planes.

The only negative was on one morning we woke up and had no hot water. This was due to boiler pressure which we were able to sort ourselves. However, had we not known how to increase the water pressure we wouldn't have been able to shower and would have needed to contact Neil to get it sorted.

"Perfect place . Perfect location for Kew. Loved staying here."

We arrived during a storm. The flat was warm and comfortable tea bags coffee and FRESH MILK were provided . Very welcome . Our host gave us great directions to get there from Kings Cross. The flat had everything we needed . We normally stay in hotels but there were plenty of cafes and small shops nearby for food . Great location 5 minutes from Kew Staion . Would definitely stay here again.

"Great location for Kew"

Location for Kew Gardens wonderful. We thought the accommodation comfortable and fine for a one/two night stay. Understandably bijou in an expensive area. Clean and well equipped.

Soft furnishings could have been better. Unsure why a large fridge freezer was taking up space in a small room that is used for short stays
