We initially booked one night but had to extend another night due to the protests and demonstrations around Jakarta. The studio room was quite spacious but the bathroom was very small. Good view from level 21. Strong water pressure and hot water in the shower.

Upon check in, we noticed the floor was dirty, especially around the bed and couch. Used tissue, dirt, dead insects and wrapper were on the floor between the couch and window. The host was very responsive, apologetic and sent the cleaner within 15 minutes. The host said we could ask the cleaner to clean up to our standards until we’re happy. The cleaner missed the insect on the window sill and cleaned the window when we pointed it out. We showed the cleaner 2 coffee cups on the table that were dry but visibly dirty, but she just said there’re other cups in the kitchen cupboard that we could use, and didn’t even bother to clean or remove the dirty cups. The bathroom was really small, not enough space for toiletries, no space to hang towel and clothes in the bathroom. No bath mat to keep the floor dry after shower (but there’s a plastic floor mat outside the bathroom). No toilet paper in the toilet (but there’s some tissues in the kitchen cupboard). No hand towel. Two white bath towels were provided, but both had stains.

Almost everything is great. The sofa bed is a plus. Direct access to shopping mall

Bathroom needs a proper mat towel, cause water easily drip everywhere in the small bathroom. The only way to dry your feet is outside the bathroom. Otherwise everything is great.
