Централна локация, има близо кафене и са нови мебелите в апартамента.

Мястото не е подходящо за момичешко пътуване, защото уличките са страшни и има странни хора по тях. Тъкмо е и миришат, ако бях сама нямаше да искам да спя там. Камбаната на църквата се чува всяка сутрин в 8, в 9, в 10, което събужда рано гостите на апартамента. От гледна точка на чистота - мястото беше прашно, с много паяжини и подът не беше изчистен добре. Комуникацията с домакина беше дървена и изключително неполезна.

Struttura in pieno centro, dotata di tutto quello che serve. Cucina perfetta e lavabo bellissimo. I letti molto comodi e i due bagni sono un plus. Arredata in modo impeccabile. Proprietà disponibile e gentile ci ha concesso il check out oltre l’orario.

Ho trovato molta polvere all’arrivo. Penso che sia dovuta al fatto che sia stata pulita qualche giorno prima e lasciata chiusa. Poco insonorizzata, infatti si sentiva molto rumore dalle proprietà vicine. Asilo proprio a fianco e se si soggiorna nei feriali purtroppo è molto fastidioso. Forte odore di urina nel vicolo, ma non ha nulla a che fare con la proprietà. Un problema ben noto a Genova e in Italia in generale la sicurezza e l’ordine vengono a mancare.

A tulajdonossal való kommunikáció tökéletes volt. A lakás szép, tiszta, kényelmes ágyakkal, jól felszerelt konyhával, a képek megfelelőek a Bookingon. Bár nem értem miért azt írja a tulajdonos, hogy a lakás 3 szobás?

Én vagyok naiv utazó. Bíztam a lakás tulajdonosában. Biztos voltam benne hogy kijavítja azokat a dolgokat, amiket a korábbi vendégek írtak. A lakás Genova büdös sikátorában van. Ez nem probléma. A tulajdonos nem tehet róla, hogy az utcán kurvák és drogosok vannak. A ház előtt nyilvános wc az utca! A tulajdonos kötelessége a lakás bejáratát mindennap takarítani! Patkányok ürüléke, szar mindennap, amikor bementünk vagy kijöttünk a lakásból. Mindennap takarítottunk. Így elviselhető volt. A lakás NEM HÁROM SZOBÁS! A TULAJDONOS MIÉRT ÍRJA A BOOKINGON, hogy a lakás 3, azaz HÁROM SZOBÁS? A LAKÁS 2, azaz KÉT SZOBÁS, plusz kanapé a nappaliban. Az egyik fürdőszobában elviselhetetlen a bűz! A tulajdonos eddig miért nem javította ki?

- Nous étions 3 au lieu de 4 et Matteo l'a gentiment pris en compte et a bien voulu changer le prix de la taxe de séjour au moment du check-in. - L'appartement est très joli. Nous avons été séduites par sa configuration malgré le manque de luminosité. - L'appartement est bien fourni en ustensiles. - C'est vrai que les ruelles sont sombres et que le quartier n'est pas spécialement rassurant, cependant, nous avons pratiquement pu tout faire à pied (visites, courses...) C'était vraiment pratique.

La propreté laissait à désirer dans certains endroits : - Dans les deux salles de bains : Quand nous sommes arrivées, les douches étaient bouchées ; nous l'avons signalé mais aucune véritable réaction de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons dû acheter un déboucheur et cela a fini par fonctionner. Certains joints étaient moisis également. - dans la chambre principale, le plafonnier était complètement poussiéreux. Cela a également été signalé mais pas de réaction. - une des couvertures était tâchée. Dommage pour le manque de communication post-arrivée.

There was an excellent communication between the host and us( guests). The apartment was very clean and nice. We loved the thick, fresh towels, well equipped kitchen and the coffee maker with the coffee to get us started in the morning. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space, even for four travelers. Two modern bathrooms and nice showers. Perfect location for exploring the historical center and the port. Many places to have a snack or coffee. Loved it!

We arrived at 23:00 and had a hard time finding the place. The alley, where the apartment is, was very dark with some shady characters hanging around. Luckily, the host guided us and we were able to get in quickly. The apartment is pretty dark with no direct sunlight, however, we were not in during the day, so it did not matter much.

The house was amazing and clean. The host as well was responsive and nice. New furniture, great facilities.

The house wasn’t very well heated and it was cold overnight. The little streets around the location (yet in downtown center, easy to walk to any location) can be kinda creepy during the night with various homeless people, didn’t feel very safe.
