We stayed at this property with our four-year-old. We parked our car in the parking area near the tennis courts. Before doing so, we confirmed with reception that parking was permitted there, and we paid the parking fee in full. When we returned to our vehicle, we found a no-parking sign placed on the car, stones thrown onto it, and chicken bones wrapped in baking paper attached to the door handles. The property had our vehicle registration, phone number, and email address on file. No one contacted us at any point to ask us to move the vehicle. We would apologize and remove the car ASAP. We reported the incident to the hotel in written form. Their response was to deny any responsibility and refuse to investigate. The justification offered was that a festival was taking place in town and that "things happen." We find this completely unacceptable. A hotel of this size and category has an obligation to ensure the safety of its guests and their vehicles on its own premises, regardless of what is happening in the surrounding area. A festival in town is not an excuse for damage and intimidation in the hotel’s own parking lot. Several days later, on our way home, we discovered a screw had been inserted into our tire. We narrowly avoided a serious accident on the motorway with our child in the car. I have filed a formal complaint with Booking.com regarding this stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone travelling with family, or at least check that there are no festivals happening during your stay.

Le piscine e la vista mare spettacolare

Non è curato per niente non riesco a capire come possa essere un hotel a 4 stelle, sinceramente avrebbe un potenziale grandissimo visto la posizione e la struttura peccato che secondo me da quando è stato costruito non viene fatta nessuna tipo di manutenzione anche su piccolezze, muri sporchi angoli battuti strisciati la piscina interna piena di muffa sopra dall umidità che c’è peccato veramente con un po di attenzione sarebbe un ottima struttura, il cibo sicuramente da migliorare non c’è presente un menù bimbi e tante volte finisce subito il cibo visto la grossa presenza di turisti

Klima je slaba i ima previse komaraca, a nema zastitne mreze na vratima od balkona.

Personal war sehr nett

An unserem Wochenende war das Sea Star Festival. Die Musik war so laut, das man bis 4 Uhr nicht schlafen konnte. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür, aber eine Info wäre gut gewesen.

Većina osoblja je jako ljubazna, sadržaji su u redu

Hrana moze biti puno kvalitetnija, postavite komarnike na prozore obavezno! ,prljav prostor između letvica stropa i stropa unutar kupatila gdje bi trebalo biti sve čisto.
