Ying was very responsive with my queries. The location is perfect if you like to be around sea. The apt is spacious and we had all we needed during our stay. Thanks to the secured private parking spot. We could leave our car and go to the old city in peace. Though it is quite a distance to reach the old city from the apt, we just hired Uber which is quite affordable. Don't forget to check with Ying the address to the nearby food court. We enjoyed the spot and restaurants.

The radiator wasn't optimal, but we weren't bothered by it since we had enough clothes to keep us warm.

Quite spacious apartment within walking distance to MEO Arena (there are also plenty of bikes for rent and infrastructure for them nearby). All necessary devices and stuff are present. A separate plus is its free parking space in the building with easy access. Good internet, no complaints about noise insulation, only with the windows open you can hear trains and car traffic.

The entrance lock needs to be repaired or replaced as it was periodically hard to open.

The apartment is nice, with a kitchen/living area, a bathroom, and a bedroom. There is enough space for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can prepare your breakfast and simple meals. A small food shop is close by. There is also a selection of restaurants nearby. The Oriente station (train, metro, shopping mall) is just 15 min walk. The communication with the host was very simple and the self-check-in was easy.

This can not be fixed, so not a complaint. Just a warning for light sleepers, the apartment is not very soundproof, and you can hear neighbours plus the trains.

Perfect with a private parking inside. Little bit outside Lisboa Centre so need to take the bus. Busstation just near the apartment

Very tidy and lovely modern apartment equipped with everything you need and can accommodate with privacy. Perfectly equipped kitchen it’s exactly what we need to make a breakfast. Our host was excellent to communicate in a very timely manner. The place little bit far of way from center, but bus stop is close Uber is cheap. Very nice boardwalk and river view in 5 min walk, plenty of good modern restaurants. Modern Lisbon is excellent!

No AC but there were 2 fans that worked perfectly fine for us.
