Great space in a perfect location! The staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and supplied everything we needed for our weekend in CDMX.

We missed that the unit had no AC. Keep in mind the windows face West to the afternoon sun and it was quite warm. Fans were provided, but it was not as comfortable as AC. Sleeping with the windows open kept the temp cooler, but light and sounds from the city impeded deep sleep. They place was clean but needs some attention in the main closet where water damage caused a musty smell. We expected a privated terrace because of the pictures. However, all outdoor space is in the common area on the 12th floor. This is share with over 100 units.

Amazing location, Condessa has lots of parks to walk through, cafes and restaurants to go to. There's a metrobus stop right outside the building too. Lots of supermarkets close by. We loved the rooftop pool/lounge area, it was a great place to work from remotely too.

Communication could have been better. We messaged about things like the fridge water filter not working and didn't get a reply. We experienced the same when enquiring about checking out, it just felt like some requests were a chore or glossed over.

Great location - easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and to the parks, 24hr security who were lovely, the heated pool, the 2 br and 2 bathrooms was great and gave us plenty of space. The amazing view of the city.

Needed a trash can and cleaning supplies in the kitchen.

Location walking distance to restaurants and park. Pool and gym were nice perks. Owners were responsive to our needs and sent a plumber when water was leaking out of the shower, but water still continued to leak outside after.

Owner didn’t supply essentials like liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels so had to supply our own Ref was noisy and water kettle didn’t work

The security staff at the entrance of the building were polite, and helpful and made me feel safe staying there. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The location was perfect and in a nice neighborhood, we could walk at late hours without any problems, and it was always easy to get an Uber ride from the front door of the building. We used the pool, and gym which were top-notch. The host was prompt to respond to any of my questions. Overall, we had a nice stay, we are a family of 5, and we were all comfortably accommodated.
