Great house in a beautiful garden

It is an amazing oase in the middle of the desert. Very clean, the hosts very kind and welcoming. The pool is great and they provide everything you need. All the rooms have air conditioning, you have everything you need in the kitchen, including a microwave(I read some previous reviews saying they don't have microwave and air conditioning in all the rooms). The positioning is great, you can see both the sea and the mountain from the terase, and it is very close to the beach in Nea Peramos and Nea Iraklitsa. It is a perfect place for a vacation. We will surely return!

An excellent location and a gorgeous garden

The villa is located at a beautiful, slightly elevated spot which provides for a nice view of the sea and somewhat of the local port (one can see the ferris to Thasos island coming and going throughout the day). Amenities wise, one has everything needed at their disposal - pans, plates, cutlery, mugs, wine glasses... Additionally, there are all the electric appliances needed for a comfortable stay - oven, big american style fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, big flat screen TV. The owner has invested a lot of time and effort into making the whole thing look and feel nice though - a huge number of palm trees - big and small decorate the garden. Two very big palms overlook the swimming pool, providing for a decent shade in the afternoons.

The only thing missing in the kitchen is a microwave, which can be inconvenient for some people. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are air conditioned and 1 is not. This is partly mitigated by the fact that there is a big AC unit in the living room, which kind of helps...but still, a separate AC in the bedroom would have been better. The nice beach spots are not within walking distance, however. There are great beaches around but you would need a car. The owner and his family live in a neighbouring house and are always available in case you need something. Overall, very friendly people. My personal view - it was a good one week spent at this property.
