No access provided after I let them know I was traveling all day. Then I found out the rented out the Green Door bungalow to someone else.

Terrible service and I would not recommend this Location

"Poor"

The people who stayed next door had a very LOUD argument for over an hour that started at 4:30 in the morning!!! At night we could hear their TV through the walls. We didn't get much sleep.

"Simple bed and bath at the west end of Alligator Alleyti spend the night before an early AM flight from RSW."

"Location good, nice host, poor soundproofing"

Communication with the host was perfect, reacting promptly on our requests (switching of the AC). Check-In instructions were clear and simple. Parking directly in front of the house.

The room is very poorly insulated against noise from the neighboring room. You can hear everything. During our stay, the neighbor couple started arguing loudly at 0430am and then loud music was heard. Everything could be heard through the thin walls.

"Small but cozy bungalow with all we needed. Driving distance to beaches and amenities."

Electric kettle and mini fridge with freezer. Easy access and parking. Convenient to drive to beaches and amenities. Cozy and comfy. We enjoyed the bungalow very much.

No washing bowl to clean dishes. No Decaf coffee for Keurig. Pillows could be improved. Needed broom and dustpan to pick up sand.

"The bed is very comfortable and all is very clean!"
