The environment is pleasant looking, staff is friendly and willing to help out. That goodbye gift bracelet was a nice touch :)

The dorm room is too cramped. Especially considering the guests from the room next door need to go through the room to exit. Bathrooms are outside. The location is a bit far from everything, tho not too far from the bus station at least

The best hostel during my travel, This is a cozy and friendly hostel, I would like to highly recommend the staff here, they are very funny and helpful, always smiling at everyone, supporting anytime if I need, I recommend Ninh Binh Beauty Tour is great. I booked the bus online but my bus was cancelled by the bus company on 12Go... at the last minute. It was great that I was enthusiastically supported by the staff at Wafami Hostel to book a bus to my next destination in Hoi An. Not only me but many guests also had the same problem as me. Please work with the reception at the hostel about your bus services or sightseeing trips to be safe and ensure everything is the best. Thank you Wafami Hostel I will definitely recommend and highly rate this hostel in Ninh Binh

Staff very good and helped me book a bus and tour.

My clean really wasn’t that clean when I arrived. The location nothing nearby be willing to get grab taxis a lot. Grab isn’t that expensive. No night life whatsoever within an hours walk, couldn’t even find a pub without getting a 15 min grab to tam coc. Tam coc is the place to stay for sure big mistake by me.
