Wafami Hostel Ninh Binh

The friendliest hostel in Vietnam I have ever stayed, the staff are very kind and hospitable, I experienced Ninh Binh Beauty Tour, it was really great beyond my expectation! There is a bus service here, I bought a bus from Ninh Binh - Hanoi, it was great that they picked me up at the hotel and took me to the hotel in Hanoi, the ticket price is very reasonable and their customer service is very professional! If I can come back, I will definitely come back Wafami Hostel 10/10

The location of the hostel is outstanding

Just minorities: on my first day I rented a motorbike! They didn’t left enough oil in the tank to make it to the gas station, so that was kind of a negative experience, especially because after I filled up the tank completely, the next day for the couple who rented the same motorbike they only left just a bit of oil again. Another thing is about the bus to Phong Nha! When I booked they told me the bus leaves at 8pm, we have to get to the office by 7:30pm. They asked if I want them to organize a taxi and I said no. When I arrived back to the hostel at 6:45 they told me my taxi (which I didn’t ask them to order) is here for me in 5 minutes so be ready. I paid double price than what I was supposed to according to Grab, and when I got to the bus station it turned out they gave me wrong information, because the bus was about to leave at 7:30. So if I didn’t get back a bit earlier to the hostel I would have completely missed the bus.

The ac was strong and staff is very friendly. We had an early check in as soon the room was clean after previous guests. We had the one room with private bathroom You can rent a scooter directly from the property. The toilet was clean.

Bathroom seat was way smaller than the toilet and didn't cover the ceramic.. Family dinner is not a big thing, just hotpot and uncomfortable seating on the floor.
