GBThe staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was varied with choice of french toast, omelette or pancakes.
Avoid the adjoining rooms unless you like hearing the neighbour farting, retching and personal phone conversations! The sound proofing between the adjoining rooms is non existent! Upon complaining, we were moved to a non adjoining room which was an improvement, however external onsite work was noisy. Avoid the onsite restaurant The Capella. I can cook better than the chef. Attempts at cooking Italian and Thai foods were disappointing despite paying UK prices for the meals. The reception controls access to all recreation rooms so you have to keep asking for guest rooms to be unlocked which was annoying. The guest seating areas lighting was also controlled by the reception so unusable for reading. Not good value for money.

Reception Staff needs more training. They just made conclusion at the time of check in. Details needs to be taken care carefully. Secondly people usually prefer to relax at the hotel unfortunately they was too much noise that didn't allow me to sleep
INGBStaff were really helpful the food was top quality. The location is ideal if you don't mind travelling into the touristy places. Onside bakery had the best chocolate chip cookies. Nice restaurants in walking distance.
The hotels location was a bit further away from the touristy areas than I thought it would be roughly 30 mins from Marina Beach for example . Meaning auto rickshaw drivers were very reluctant to drop off or pick up. Some would try to charge 1000 rupees for a 280 rupee journey.p
INExceptionally good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Very professional. Everything in the room was clean and fresh. Quick and effective air conditioning and easy to use lighting controls. The hotel is easy to locate on the main road on ECR. Very comfortable stay overall.
The water wasn't hot enough, only warm. The space in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. No extra keycard provided for a room with two people, just one.
