l'appartement est agréable, grand, lumineux, bien situé et bien équipé.

Isolation phonique du plafond est très mauvaise ce qui fait qu'on entend les va et vient, les cris les rires et plus pendant la nuit car la rue est très calme. Une seule paire de clé est donnée. Les escaliers sont étroits et mal ou pas éclairés selon les étages. Odeur venant des toilettes.

Varias cosas importantes: 1. Después de pagar en booking te envían un link para que les apuntes TODOS los datos de tu tarjeta en una web suya. No lo hagáis. Les llamé y les dije que era ILEGAL. 2. Me intentaron estafar pidiéndome 2€ por día de tasa turística y por persona. Reservé estancia para mi y 4 niños. Los niños no tienen que pagarla, por suerte lo leí en Internet y no los pagué. Cuidado con esto. Cuando les dije que me estaban intentando estafar alegaron que no sabían que iban niños. Ojo, al reservar siempre ponemos las edades de los niños. 3. Faltan las fotos de entrar a la casa. Hay más de 10 escalones con mucha inclinación y no es apto para subir carros de ruedas, niños, ancianos. Además pa escalera de acceso al apartamento daba pánico. Muy vieja, sin luz, el techo cayéndose. En el ascensor solo cabe una persona y para subir con los niños plegaba el carro y luego llamaba al ascensor desde el segundo piso porque era imposible subir con nadie. Me ha dado tanto miedo subir todos los días con los niños que hasta olvidé hacer fotos del lugar.

Location was excellent for us

Never knew the person showing us around the apartment was actually inside and we were waiting at the outside door. Staircase to apartment was dangerous and unlit, only suitable for able bodied persons. Door lock/key was a bit of a nuisance till you got the hang off it

Thoughtout the stay, at random points of the day there was a pungent smell of sewage and toilet waste throughout the apartment. When contacting the host it seems they were already familiar with this problem as they immediately came and delivered some air fresheners to cover the smell but not actually deal with the problem. On inspection we saw there were many refreshners stored in the apartment so felt like it was an ongoing problem the hosts haven’t dealt with. Was particularly worse in the main bathroom so was difficult to use and we were concerned it posed a health risk for the children we were with that would be inhaling those kinds of fumes. Luckily the weather was decent enough that we could keep all windows/balcony doors open during the day but didn’t make us feel particularly secure and constantly had to be on the look out for the children going near the balcony etc. Also there was a number of occasions where the hot water would stop/run out with no warning. Would mean a few of us per day would be washing in cold water which was a huge convenience each day.

L appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et tout à fait adapté pour 6 personnes. L emplacement est parfait. Le métro est très proche. Le quartier est très bien fréquenté. Les personnes qui s occupent de l appartement sont au top. On peut le conseiller.

Nous avons eu 1 problème de serrure le 1er soir en rentrant vers 23h. La clef est restée bloqué. Le problème a été résolu assez tôt le lendemain matin par l intervention d un serrurier. Merci de cette réactivité.
