Hotel Yuraku Kyo-yasaka

You couldn't get a better location. 10/10 The rooms are well done and new but very "I am in Japan". Quiet and clean as well.

The price. We had to spread our stay over two rooms. The difference between the rooms (pricing wise-astronomical) when in actually the pricier room didn't justified the higher cost. The staff didn't help with our luggage when we checked out. Waiting over 30mins as 3 staff members talked to each at the desk. No "goodbyes", "thanks-you" "enjoy the rest of your trip in Japan" , "happy honeymoon" etc. Expected more. When we checked in, there was one girl running around do an excellent job (suitcases etc.) so there in no excuse and put a bad taste in our mouths. It's a little difficult for people from other countries to remember all the rules. And the light in the room didn't make any sense to me. I couldn't get the lights on in the room, that I wanted on.but it's a very special place and it's definitely a place I would trust for my anniversary ECT.

La ubicación es muy buena, junto a lugares y templos muy bellos, pero sin perder esa sensación de privacidad y confort, además que el desayuno estuvo muy rico eh interesante, y ni se diga de la habitación, increíblemente amplia y asombrosa.

Beautiful property and large rooms, and the location was excellent. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was lovely.

Rooms were beautiful. Only thing I would suggest is more light in the bathroom, it was difficult to see.
