Posizione strategica, parcheggio comodissimo e sicuro all’interno della struttura, posizione silenziosa e letti comodi per un ottimo riposo

Non avevo inteso che la casa fosse su due piani, ma probabilmente non avevo letto bene io, ma non sarebbe un problema se non avessi avuto in quel momento una infiammazione forte al piede

Für einen Besuch in Ostia Antica für eine Nacht wäre es ok, auch Rom ist per Bus und Bahn in knapp einer Stunde gut zu erreichen.

Klimaanlage gibt es nur in einem Zimmer und nur im Zimmer in der oberen Etage, es gab keine Kaffeemaschine und keine Pflegeprodukte wie beschrieben, der Wasserkocher war nicht zu benutzten (völlig verkalkt), nur ein alter Topf, sehr dürftige Ausstattung der Küche, nur 4 Stühle, der Whirlpool ist eine alte, abgeranzte Badewanne und verdient nicht diesen Namen! Die Krönung war das Personal: Am Abreisetag klingelte er um 8.25 Uhr sturm und klopfte ständig gegen die Tür und rief. Als wir nicht öffneten (da wir gerade zur Dusche gehen wollten), kam er nach einigen Minuten wieder und wiederholte diese Prozedur, obwohl wir ihm klar zu verstehen gegeben haben, dass wir im Urlaub seien und bis 10.30 Uhr das Appartement gemietet hätten. Dann kam er um 9.30 nochmals, ohne Entschuldigung und wollte nur das Geld für die Kurtaxe in bar haben. Als wir nach einer Quittung dafür fragten, musste er erst den Besitzer anrufen und dann schrieb er eine Art Quittung auf einen Zettel. Ich weiß gar. nicht, wie diese Unterkunft zu dieser Bewertung gekommen ist. Wir sind darauf reingefallen und würden sie nicht empfehlen!

We wanted to visit Ostia Antica. The apartment was easily walkable to it and the train station. Max was very helpful and attentive. The apartment was roomy and had a nice sitting area. We drove and were happy to have off street parking. (We did return the rental car early in our stay.). Max provided some essentials which was nice and there was a grocery store nearby to get some groceries. Also, across the street (50 yards at most), there was a very good seafood restaurant. We had been concerned about being so far from the city center. We went into the city for the Jubilee pilgrimage. It worked well with the train etc.

The stairs to the apartment are narrow and windy. Just be careful.

Very large with private rooms. Two full bathrooms.
