"Giá phòng không xứng với 4 sao"

Phòng không được sạch, nệm giường có vết bẩn như dấu chân mèo giẫm lên, phòng tắm cửa hư, cửa kính chỉ lau rửa phần trên, phần dưới chân để cáu bẩn, bàn thì bụi. Đặc biệt phòng & hành lang rất nhiều muỗi, khách sạn không khắc phục được. Nhà mình bị muỗi cắn nguyên đêm. Bữa ăn sáng cực kỳ tệ, xíu mại, nem nướng giống như để lâu nó khô quắc lại, súp để là súp cua nhưng toàn trứng gà & nước, không có 1 miếng cua.
