"It was horrible experience as the hotel denied stay last minute. They were trying to get more money"

Nothing,

The hotel refused our stay stating they will not allow online entries. Even when we had given half of the money in online payment. We had to insist as it was late at night. Since it was one extreme corner or Bhopal, there were no options nearby either. As they claim to be within 5kms of Bhopal centre, they are 14 kms away
