Very bad...linen was dirty...door was not working.. I stayed only one night but paid for 3 days..as on date no refund

I stayed at Townhouse HBR Layout (formerly Leela Park) from 15th to 17th September 2024, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was filthy, with visible stains, dust, and a terrible cigarette odour. Cockroaches were crawling around, and basic amenities like hot water and toiletries were missing. Despite being promised breakfast, none was provided. To make matters worse, the elevator didn't work. I was forced to leave early due to the health risks posed by the unhygienic conditions. This place is an absolute disaster—avoid it at all costs.
