Rooms very old, disconnected tv, bed was not comfortable. Only 2 towels. Not room service

Good location Only one staff were very helpful

Staff Rudeness, rooms where super old with mold and musty phone didn’t work dryer was burn and in the floor, when I check in had no towels toilet paper I was there for a hole week never change the bedding, always had an issues with the complementary breakfast We started with lots of scratching in our body That I made another reservation on another hotel

Estaba sucio,el aire no es facil de encender,a la puerta le faltaba la mirilla en gral. Le falta mantenimiento

El hotel está muy viejo, todas las instalaciones en pésimo estado, los colchones llenos de chinches y de insectos que ocasionan urticaria, todos terminamos el médico ha consecuencias de sus colchones y habitaciones insalubres
